At Patronage Foods India Private Limited we ensure fast and reliable delivery of protein
supplements across India. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all locations in India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas. International shipping is currently not available.
2. Shipping Timelines
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3-4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 6-7 business days
Remote Locations: 8-10 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
COD Orders: Additional charges for cash-on-delivery.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section on our website/app.5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partner will make 2 attempts to deliver your order.
If undelivered, the package will be returned, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed.
COD Orders: Multiple failed deliveries may result in account restrictions.
6. Special Shipping Conditions for Protein Supplements
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments:All protein powders, bars, and supplements are stored and shipped under optimal conditions to prevent spoilage.
If your package is exposed to extreme heat or arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with images.
Tamper-Proof Packaging:
All products are shipped in sealed, tamper-proof packaging.
If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
Bulk Orders & Wholesale Shipping:
Bulk orders may have longer processing times and require pre-payment.

7. Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it via "My Orders" within 2-3 days with supporting images.
If an item is missing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
