1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, etc.)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
- Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
- EMI & No-Cost EMI Options (For eligible orders and banks)
2. Payment Processing & Security
- All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment gateways compliant with RBI guidelines & PCI DSS standards.
- We do not store your credit/debit card details.
- For UPI & Wallet transactions, you may be redirected to the respective service provider’s platform for authentication.
- EMI payments are subject to eligibility and terms of your bank.
3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available for all the orders, regardless of order value or location in India.
- Customers must pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery agent.
- COD orders cannot be split between cash and digital payment.
- If a COD order is rejected upon delivery, your account may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
4. Payment Failures & Refunds
- Payment Failures:
- Your card/bank account has sufficient balance.
- Your UPI ID or wallet is active and has funds.
- Your internet connection is stable.
- If the amount is deducted but the order is not placed, it will be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds for Canceled/Returned Orders:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunds for returned COD orders will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.
- EMI Orders: If a refund is initiated, EMI closure is subject to the respective bank’s policies.
5. Fraud Prevention & Verification
- We reserve the right to verify payments before processing any order.
- Orders flagged as suspicious may require additional verification via OTP, call, or email.
- Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
