Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across all locations in India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours/days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 per order (Free for orders above ₹999)
  • Express Shipping: ₹99 (if available for your location via Shiprocket)
  • COD Orders: No additional charges for cash-on-delivery.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
  • You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section on our website/app.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partner will make 3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If undelivered, the package will be returned, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed.
  • COD Orders: Multiple failed deliveries may result in account restrictions.

6. Special Shipping Conditions for Protein Supplements

  • All protein powders, bars, and supplements are stored and shipped under optimal conditions to prevent spoilage.
  • If your package is exposed to extreme heat or arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with images.
  • All products are shipped in sealed, tamper-proof packaging.
  • If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
  • Bulk orders may have longer processing times and require pre-payment.
  • For wholesale inquiries, contact us at support@dailymonk.in.

7. Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us for assistance.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it via "My Orders" within 3 days with supporting images.
  • If an item is missing, notify us within 2 days of delivery.
