Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at 📧 support@dailymonk.in or 📞 +91 9564124576. If the order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once you receive the product (refer to the Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. It must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Return Process:
    • 1. Log in to your account on www.dailymonk.in.
    • 2. Go to the "My Orders" section and select the item you wish to return.
    • 3. Click on "Request Return" and choose the reason for returning the item.
    • 4. Follow the instructions provided for pickup or self-shipping.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or wallet) within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can send a replacement item (subject to availability).

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, tampered, or defective item, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 support@dailymonk.in with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
